Express Mermaid Chiffon Maxi

A beautiful aqua maxi skirt from Express. In pristine condition, only worn once. Has side slits on both sides for walking. Lined mini skirt, rest of skirt is sheer to the bottom. Elastic waistband, size XS, but runs slightly loose for XS I would say closer to a small. Beautiful and lightweight for summer!
