Beautiful multicolored dress by Express Features a strapless, sweetheart neckline. It has a strip of cascading fabric that flows down between the chest. The shell fabric is an airy chiffon. Striped print throughout in the most vibrant colors including teal, brown, tan, white, and black. Side zipper closure. The chest is boned and double layered. It has a strip of silicone all around the bust to help keep the dress in place. It has tabs on the inside so you can add your own straps if preferred. Fully lined.
