Elastic at the waist. Has a tiered look towards the bottom. Pretty spring like colors. Neon pink, blue, purple and white. Boho pattern. There is only enough lining and long as a mini skirt would be. The rest of the skirt is sheer. There is a small run in the fabric, see pic.
