Express Navy Blue Clip-Dot Dress

Super cute navy blue dress! Size XXS. I find Express to run pretty big, so in most brands I’m an XS or S but with Express I’m almost always XXS. My measurements are 30E-26-37 and this dress fits well. I’m 5’3 and I personally think it’s a smidge long for a mini dress but if you’re looking for a slightly more conservative short dress this is great.
