Express Neutral Blazer

Got this as a gift, but wrong size and I noticed it had a small snag. I would’ve exchanged it but my relative took the tag off. Blazer pockets are still sowed closed. If you’re local to the SF, Oakland, Berkeley area willing to give discount if pick up in person!
