Express Off the shoulder bell sleeve top Maroon Size: XS Measurements: Pit to pit:~13 inches | Sleeve length:~ 18 inches | Sleeve width:~ 4 inches Notes: Inside elastic seam on the top is coming off however it is still stretchy and it remains off the shoulder. It's underneath the seam so it's not itchy. Inside seam on the bottom is coming undone but doesn't snag or effect the outer look of the top. I love this bell sleeve top ! It's super flattering even for my shorter arms. Super romantic and also fun, while being conservative. It's fitting on the torso but stretchy ! Perfect with jeans for a night out! Only worn once.
