Express Pencil Skirt is in great condition, only worn a few times. Skirt is high waisted- measures 13 inches across at top and 12 inches long. Per a request, I have uploaded photos with the skirt on. However, the skirt is far too big on me (there’s about 4 inches of extra space in the waist and it sits too low) but the photos are there still to just give a view of the skirt.

c_masson @ericakennelly Hello! I could but I’m not sure it will give the best idea of how it should look because it’s pretty big on me. Unfortunately, that’s why I have to sell it. It sits a lot lower since it’s big and doesn’t stay up (it’s supposed to be high waist) and there’s about 4 inches of extra room. It measures 13 inches across at the top and 21 inches long. I will still upload photos to give you an idea but I just wanted to let you know it isn’t how it is supposed to fit lol
