Express Printed Tunic Dress(cinched waist)

Express Printed Tunic Dress this cute and flattering dress is multi colored and the top has a mesh like see through trim and spaghetti strap. The waist is cinched and the skirt as a like bit of a flare not too much though. Length is about mid thigh on me and I’m 5’4”. Size small. Can be worn casual or dressed up.
