Express Red Tube Dress

This 90s/Y2k tube dress is perfect for a special occasion or can be dressed down with a grandpa sweater and converse. Very unique neckline and overlay pattern. Another item I wanted to keep, but it's just a little small for me. Only dress for sale, bag for styling only. Measurements: armpit to armpit tight 15" waist tight 14" hips 17" length 28.5" very stretchy material; labeled a size 3/4 model is a size 10. Could fit a size 8 comfortably.
