Express Retro Polka Dot Dress

Adorable retro 50’s-esque black and white polka dot dress from Express! Has ruffled sleeves and a tie belt to make it fitted at the waist. Slight fit and flare style but mostly fitted throughout. Great chic work dress or would even be great for a Halloween costume!
