Express Ruffle Hem and Sleeve Pencil Work Dress

Lemme start by saying this is my fave work dress, and I’m so sad it doesn’t fit anymore. I even checked out having it altered but that’s apparently expensive. :( This mint condition Express dress has an extremely flattering ruffle hem and sleeves to visually emphasize the hour flagging figure. The material is thick, smoothing any bumps and panty lines. It’s got a good level of stretch, so it fits like a glove and is comfy to stand, sit, and move around. True black fabric doesn’t fade with time/washes. Perfect length to be cute but still very work appropriate. Stock photo shows a design with a center seam. This is the same but without the center seam. Fits like a true size 12 and could probably work as a snug (maybe less professional) 14.
