It has an inner lining and the button front has a backing so you don't have to worry about skin showing. It's 100% polyester and falls nicely! It's bra friendly (you don't have to worry about your straps showing!) I fit this as a 32A/B (looser fit) and 34 A/B (tighter fit). The last photo shown in white is an example of what it may look like on, although the white is cotton so it doesn't look as elegant as this dark blue. No damages or flaws that I could find.
