Express Scallop Hem Skirt

Throwback to Express 1990s chic. This skirt has a flowing scalloped edged hem and right-side front slit. Fully lined with flat pleats. Measures 22” from waist to longest point in the back. Non restrictive, flowing design is sooo comfortable. It’s been gently loved and is in perfect condition.
