White button down blouse - very sheer - ruffled sleeves. Ruffle starts too far down for my narrow shoulders (I think the fit is more like M/L).
There is a stock photo from express website that shows how white the top is. My mannequin is flesh tone which makes the blouse look darker than it really is.

can you tell me what the measurment across is when laying flat under the arms and also from shoulder seam to shoulder seam accross the back and how long is it. Would you say it runs true to size or on the "bigger" side. Thank you
