Express Strapless Top

This strapless top from Express has a smocked bodice with a ruffle at the top and flows out with an adorable eyelet fabric at the bottom. It is very well made and well lined. It is in good used condition with normal, minor signs of wear as you can see in the photos. One spot has a bit of discoloration near the bottom (see the last photo). I didn't even notice it at first! Great top, especially for summer, but cute with a cardigan in the fall too!! Size medium
