Slightly off-white flowy dress with tie straps for desired length from chest. This dress would be so cute with a big hat or denim jacket paired with it. You could easily tuck the straps in if you wanted a strapless dress. It has some weight to it so it’s not going too blow all over the place with a slight breeze.
