Express Sweater Outfit

Purchased these new but never worn. Top is a partial dolmas sleeve, oversized with tie strings on the bottom for a new look. Mock neckline, cream wool. Top is a size L. Sweater chest measurement: 30” across, neck to bottom 25.5” armholes are 10” long Skirt- size M. Waist 13.5” length19”. Light dirty mark on the back but very faint. It is stretchy so a size 8-12could easily wear this outfit.
