Express Taffeta formal skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jgill32. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This definitely gives off Y2K vibes! I'm not sure exactly when it's from, but the tag shows Y2k, too. Pair this with a cami, chunky sweater, and combat boots for an amazing evening, or make it a frilly fuzzy or glittery top with heels for an elegant night out. Either way, this skirt is amazing, and the price is a steal. It's got a color shifting property to it depending on the light, it can look deep red with dark gray high/low lights. the tucks in the back are beautiful, and it's slightly longer in the back than the front. Unlined, not a lining is not needed with this skirt. It looks like there's a tiny pinhole sized indentation on the side waistband that I never noticed until today, so I took a picture of that.
