Express Tailored High/Low Maxi-Skirt. XS

Express Blues long cotton tailored Skirt. Very Unique! Dress it up or wear it casual. Waistline is 25" total. Skirt length measures 35" in the front and 38.5" in the (curved/tapered) back. 6" Zipper Closure in back; had hook and eye but the eye was thread and no longer there.
