Express, Top of knee length, black, Pencil Skirt

This is an awesome skirt to pair with any color jacket or blazer, tights or none, heels, boots, or sandals. There is the slightest flare at the bottom of the skirt at the knee that gives it a little twist on the standard straight pencil. I think this is going to be my phrase but, if I could, I would wear it tomorrow. This is my favorite skirt! In great condition, it’s a 3/4 and isn’t wool but, kind of has that feel on the outside. It’s very warm if you want to pair with boots and tights.
