Express Tricot Black Sequin Formal Skirt

Beautiful pull-on skirt with large black sequins. Skirt has a nice weight to it. Due to the nature of the design, some sequins are loose, missing and/or bent though I personally find it hard to notice. Waist has an elastic band which, unstretched, is about about 13 inches across. Top to bottom about 20 inches long. Gorgeous for a formal occasion and holiday parties!
