Express Tulip Hem Checkered Long Sleeve Dress

This is a really good quality Express dress with long sleeves. It has some stretch and is a nice heavy material. It features a beautiful tulip hem and checkered pattern. This is an XS Petite but runs a little large- It is closer to the fit of a Small. Great for professional attire! Might look black in photos, but it is navy and dark red. I am 5’0” tall and 115 lbs for reference. This has only been worn a couple of times- it is in perfect condition!
