Express Two Tone Choker Necklace

Two tone necklace with reversible plates. Adjusts to a short necklace or choker. The plate shape gives it an Art Deco feel and can be easily layered with another necklace. Plates have somewhat of a matte finish, making this understated piece extremely versatile. Not in perfect condition, the matte finish allows more scratching, but it is not really noticeable.
