Express Unique Floral Maxi

Beautiful, floral, burgundy high-low maxi dress from Express. Island vibes! It's an exclusive find as it wasn't even on Express' website but a maxi skirt with the same print was. Bought new. I wore this gorgeous dress only once to a wedding Summer '18 and received so much attention and compliments! Dress has ruffled edges at chest, off- the-shoulder & bottom. Thin, adjustable straps. 100% rayon with silky feel. Can clip at chest or wear unclipped per preference (I wore it clipped as seen in the pics).
