Express White Tie-Waist Oversized Top Size XS

White Tie-Waist Oversized Top from Express. Size is XS but due to the oversize style, fits people who typically wear small/medium, especially since the tie-waist is adjustable. Crew neck short rolled sleeves Note I think it has a slightly pink hue to it (pictures show accurate coloring), possibly could be fixed with bleach? For me personally, it feels slightly short when tied, (e.g. still covers but lifts up when lifting arms, which I'm not a fan of)
