Express Wine Colored Cowl Neck Sleeveless Tunic Size XS

This is a cute, long sleeveless tunic by Express that features a cowl neck and is a pretty, heathered wine color. It has a little flare at the bottom, so would even be awesome as a dress. Great to wear with jeans, leggings or a long skirt. It is a nice, lightweight, soft knit that feels super comfy. In GUC, very slight pilling in a few areas.
