Express Women’s Dress Size XS Long Sleeve Tie Neck Black Witchcore Soot Y2K

Pre-loved but probably only worn once or maybe twice since my Express online shopping binges circa 2015 😆 Thin flowy material that is wrinkle resistant. I found this to be a perfect workplace office dress though it can also be worn for nights out. Super unique and beautiful tie at the neck. Size XS For reference I am 5’3” and about 115 lbs and I think this is a perfect fit.
