Pre-loved but only worn by me a couple times after purchasing in 2015. Polyester. Made in Philippines. Adjustable straps. Perfect vacation dress as the lining hugs to your body even while the trapeze chiffon flows freely in the wind, plus it is wrinkle resistant. Size XS For reference I am 5’3” and about 114 lbs and found this to be a perfect fit.
