Express Women’s Skirt

Express Women’s Skirt Size: 6 Colors: Black and White This is a black skirt with a sewn-on white crochet pattern. There are 2 layers to the skirt. The second layer is black fabric underneath the first layer (shown in the photos). The skirt is too long on me, it fits me like a mid length skirt (for reference I am 5’1) so it would probably be mini skirt length on someone taller than me. This skirt is really cute for summer or fall! There’s a few pieces of frayed fabric strings here and there but other than that good condition! Worn outside a few times Been in the washer and dryer a few times No stains
