Express Women’s unique vintage style sheer blouse

This beautiful ivory colored blouse has unique features of patterned polkadots tailored fit, tie front, with bloused sleeves (at the forearm) and loop button cuff closure. Planned to use it for a Disneyland dapper day event but I sadly change sizes a few months after getting it! The tags also include two replacement buttons. Comes from a pet and smoke free home.
