what's the waist measurement laying flat straight across? Do they stretch at all

@terryterryvg Hi! Sorry about the late reply. Straight across the waist is a bit more than 16.5”. Straight across the hip is 20”. The waist does not stretch at all IMO. The short itself does stretch a bit. Just not the waist.
