Express brand black form fitting dress size small, length lands mid thigh (height 5’5”). 1/2 length sleeve, lands around elbow, ribbed cowl neck. Has two loops around waist to add a thin decorative belt (not included with dress), but simple black dress allows for a variety of belt options! Good condition, dress that stands test of time.
