Express black cowl neck top

Express 3/4 sleeve length with cowl neck top with wool included in fabric (see tag) for warmth. Whatever belt must have come with it was never on it when purchased and I didn’t remove the loops as sometimes I put a fun ribbon or thin belt on it when I wore it. It’s not long so let me know if you need length measurements.
