Express black dress

Express black v neck dress with tie in front. Size M. The dress is a little mini length on me (5’6). Armpit to bottom is about 24 inches. Armpit to armpit is about 15 1/2 inches. The dress can be worn as a top over leggings. NWT… never been worn.
