Express black dress, size Small

A very comfortable and versatile black dress from Express! I wore this frequently and can be worn out for a date, or business casual with a blazer. It has a fitted waist, and the scoop neck top is loose and slouchy. Looks really cute on, either with tall boots or heels. I’m 5’2” and the skirt was shorter on me, but with tights still appropriate for work or a more business casual environment.
