Express black dress with floral print

Classy double lined long sleeve dress with white and blue floral, this dress is perfect for fall/winter holidays or to wear to the office any time of year! It also features a little cutout at the neck. The length reaches just above the knee for me (I’m 5’4”). I would not be selling this but I have one in another color and another top in this print so it’s time to let it go :)
