Express black shift dress with sheer puff sleeves

Okay so this will the hardest to let go of. This is probably my favorite dress in my closet that i’ve never actually worn. It’s sexy, chic, and perfect for any nice occasion. It’s flowy, the sleeves are sheer but with nice touch of tight around the wrists. In great condition!
