Express blue and black silky dress

Gently worn a few times. No flaws! This dress is adorable and so comfy. Can be worn many ways! Belt it for a more hip hugging look. Wear it over leggings. Wear it without leggings during the summer! Pair with with a blazer for the office. Silky smooth fabric. Size XS. It's intentionally a looser fit which I love because it's so comfy! If that's not your style, you can always belt it! The top portion is a sheer material so it's a little see through.
