Express blue flowered dress 5/6 but fits like 4

Looks like a dress from the front, has shorts in the back. This express dress is super cute. Pleated top and adjustable spaghetti strap. Silky inside lining over the bust. Zips in the back. Very light and airy, perfect dress for spring/summer! Pattern is small blue flowers. Top of strap at its longest to the bottom hem is 33 1/2”. Top to bottom of the dress itself in the center is 26” pit to pit 15 1-2”
