Express brand women’s dress

This dress is NWOT from Express Size: M Color: green Knee length on me, I’m 5’2” Deep V-neck line that crosses and the front has a slit in the middle with fabric opening to the sides, with an under lining dress. This dress is fairly light weight and the fabric is soft and stretchy. Great quality! I wanted to wear it but it is too big for me by quite a bit. I would say this fits more like a size large, Maybe about a size 12-14.
