Express chiffon dress

Brand new never worn! Perfect for summer weddings! Kelly green full length dress with slit in the back, strapless, winched waist. It's supposed to have angled top part, I would just tuck it into a waist belt if I wore it (see first picture). I'm 5'5" and it's a great length with 3in heels on. Willing to negotiate on price!
