Express chocolate wool skirt pink beaded trim

Thus gorgeous dress has been hanging in my closet for years! I don't even remember ever wearing it! It's a gorgeous high waisted slightly a lined skirt with pleats on front and back. It has the most precious beaded embellishments and pink lace trim. It's fully lined and has a side zip. The wool is actually so soft! 14.5" across waist, 19" across hips. Almost 23" in length.
