Express criss cross back dress

Pretty little electric blue, black & white tye dyed chiffon dress. Scoop neck, 3/4 length sleeves, with lovely criss cross back detail. Fully lined with a black slip that’s attached at shoulders & sewn into waist, making it such an easy throw-on! Elastic waist isn’t super taut & would look awesome belted.
