Express crotchet open knit cropped top

This express top I believe is vintage from the 90’ Y2K. Thin straps cropped top Knitted crotchet open knit top with metallic threads in blue black and silver. The upper part is lined see picture the bottom is not lined. This would be great for ERAS OR a concert or festival or just a night out. This is pre owned see pictures for measurements
