What is the length of this jacket? Does it run true to size or is it vintage sizing?

@littleredhen55 not sure what qualifies as βvintageβ but I def have had this sitting in closet for prob 6 or 7 years? The cut length is shorter = Iβm 5β7β and after 3 kids avoid anything that hits right above hips below waist which is why I never wore this. Hope that helps.
