Express fishnet-sleeved mini-dress. Note that the sleeves/top of shoulders are the only part that is see-through. The bodice is the dress has a beige/light flesh tone slip. This isn’t my style but would be great for someone’s night out or for Halloween. Brand-new, never worn, with tags.
