Express floor length beautiful sleeveless sheer black dress with two slits NWT

Bought at Express almost 10 years ago. This is a BEAUTIFUL UNUSED, UNWORN (besides trying on), FLAWLESS, and FLATTERING evening gown/cocktail dress. It’s dressy, and timelessly classy. I spent a lot (at the time) on it but never wore it cause I didn’t have somewhere to go. I wish I had use for it. I’m 5’9” and generally a size 4 or 6. This size 4 dress is a comfortable fit. There are two layers. The inner-dress layer is opaque, black, tight to the body and hits mid thigh. The outer-dress lands at ankle and has a slit on both sides of the front.
