Express floral pink and green dress

Express floral pink and green dress size small. The dress has 3/4 length sleeves and ties at the base of the sleeves. Dress has a pink slinky underlay with a flowy chiffon overlay. The sleeves and next are sheer chiffon. It has a high neck with a really cute ruffle at the top. The back has one button at the neck and a small key hole below. Very comfortable and in great condition!
