Express flower print shift dress

Day-to-date is easy with this dress! Dress down with jean jacket and sandals, then slip on some black heels for a whole new vibe. Approx 18” pit to pit and 36” from tip of strap to hem (fabric has a little bit of stretch; straps are slightly adjustable). Love the multi-colored tier/ruffle effect!
