Express halter blouse

Back express top. Fabric flowers on from top. The rest of the shirt is soft as a tee. Detailed straps. Not adjustable. Super comfy but looks great for a night out or even under a blazer. Shirt is stretchy so its very flowy and flattering. There’s a small snag on the fabric under one of the flowers on the top left corner. As shown in picture. When it’s on you can’t really tell and it’s fixable.
